Integon is National General paper — Allstate-owned, own claims door
National General Insurance, Assurance, Online, Integon General / Indemnity / National, and MIC General are this brand. National General's own claims site calls it “an Allstate company,” but the paper names and the claims line are not the ones on the Allstate spoke (Allstate Fire and Casualty, Esurance, Encompass). If the dec page says Integon or National General, report through National General, not allstate.com. American National General (39942) is a different group entirely — that one lives on the American National spoke.
Which National General number to call
The claims center lists three lines. Most auto claims go to 800-468-3466. Policy numbers beginning with INT60 or IM have their own line, 800-848-1777. The third number is for flood claims, not a crash. The same page offers online reporting and chat in English or Spanish. It does not list hours. Source: claims.nationalgeneral.com.
National General's after-an-accident list is short: get safe, check whether anyone is hurt, file an accident report, and exchange names, phone numbers, plates, and vehicle descriptions with the other driver. That is their reporting checklist, not an injury-claim plan. If you are the other driver, you are a third-party claimant — not the insured on that policy.
Paper companies that are this brand
Rows are copied from the Division's monthly registered-agent list dated 2026-09-01. Registered agent is Colorado service of process, not the claims office. CSC in Littleton and CT in Centennial are shared by hundreds of unrelated companies. Empty street fields stay empty — we do not invent a Colorado address. First-party versus third-party on this crash
If National General insures the other driver, you are a third-party claimant on their liability policy.
