What Could Your Mold Case Be Worth?
Answer a few questions to see a rough settlement range based on your situation. Takes about 3 minutes.
1. Property & Eligibility
Where did the mold exposure happen?
Which state was the property in?
Do you still have access to the property?
Sample collection requires access. This strongly affects viable case value.
Did you give the landlord or employer written notice?
How this calculator works
The mold settlement calculator uses four settlement-value tiers — mild, moderate, severe, and catastrophic — that match the real distribution of Colorado, Arizona, California, and Kansas mold injury cases. Your answers generate a base tier, then multipliers adjust the range up or down based on the evidence strength, the landlord's conduct, and whether vulnerable occupants were affected. Documented economic damages (medical bills, lost wages, property damage) stack on top at face value.
Ranges are capped so a heavily-adjusted estimate never drifts more than ±70% from the tier midpoint. That keeps the model honest when multiple factors align.
