Case Qualifier + Calculator Extension Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 13, 2026

What stays on your device

Calculator entries and saved estimates stay in your browser unless you choose to request an attorney review. The extension does not sell or use your calculator entries for advertising.

What we receive when you request an attorney review

When you voluntarily submit the attorney-review form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, city and state, optional notes, calculator inputs, calculator result, and your affirmative contact consent. Our systems may also record the submission time and IP address for security and fraud prevention.

How we use the information

We use it to evaluate your request, contact you about a potential legal matter, route the inquiry to the appropriate team, and maintain our intake and security records. An estimate is educational only; it is not legal advice, a case valuation, or a guarantee of recovery.

Sharing and retention

Attorney-review requests are transmitted to Conduit Law's intake systems and may be shared with personnel and service providers who help us evaluate and respond to the inquiry. We do not sell this information. We retain it as needed for intake, legal, operational, and security purposes.
